Tour Information

• To follow safe distancing guidelines and to stay within capacity limits, tickets must be purchased for a specific date and arrival hour. All tickets will be scanned for entry, so please print and bring your ticket or have it available on your mobile device.
• Please note — last entry to house is at 3:30pm on Sunday, Monday, Tuesday, Wednesday, Friday and Saturday and at 6:30pm on Thursday.
• Broadhurst is not handicapped accessible. Please also note that we will be using shuttles for all guests, so you will need to be able to board the van.
• Children under the age of 10 and pets are not permitted in the house.

Parking

All parking will be at Our Lady of Guadalupe. GPS Address: 5194 Cold Spring Creamery Road, Doylestown PA. Air conditioned/heated shuttles will run continuously to the Designer House, which is a short five minute ride from the parking lot. Click on the map to move or resize the display. Raffles!

We are honored to have two wonderful raffle prizes donated to help us raise funds for the VIA’s community programs. You will be able to choose either raffle (or both!) and need not be present to win. Your options include an original oil painting by well-known local artist, Michael J. Stumpf, and a cheerful, award-winning quilt. Pick up your tickets today in our Welcome Tent. We also have a number of prints by Bucks County artist Patrick Walsh available for sale. And, of course, we have our wonderful boutiques right next door to the Welcome Tent, so you’ll have plenty of decorating options after getting new design ideas from your tour. Come meet our wonderful 2022 Designers, Landscapers, and Boutique owners in a relaxed get-together where you may discuss the inspiration for their work, the challenges they faced, and their approaches to design. Find out how they solved that odd room’s shape or how they fixed the damaged wall. Learn how to make the most of your space.
