From Philadelphia: Take I 95 North to Exit 35 – Rt.
132-Street Road. Continue north on Rt. 132 for 12.4
mi. At Rt. 263-York Road (Hatboro Federal Savings
will be on your right) turn right. Continue on York
Road for 6.7 mi. You will pass the Heritage Center
Complex on your left. At the next traffic light, turn left
Rt. 313 (Swamp Road). Take the third right (0.6 mi.)
onto Spring Valley Road. Continue for 0.5 mi (pass
Robin Road on your right) and the Designer House
will be on your left

From Willow Grove: Take Rt. 263 – York Road North
for 11 mi. At Rt. 313 – Swamp Road turn left. Take
the third right (0.6 mi.) onto Spring Valley Road.

From Montgomeryville: Take Rt. 202 north for 6 mi.
After passing Delaware Valley College, turn right onto
Rt. 611 South. Take the first exit for Rt. 202 North.
Continue on Rt. 202 North for 2 mi. until the road
ends. After exiting, bear right and, at the traffic light,
turn right onto Rt. 313 – Swamp Road. Continue for
0.9 mi. and make the third left onto Spring Valley
Road. Continue for 0.5 mi (pass Robin Road on your

From New Jersey: Cross into PA on Route 202
South. Continue on Rt. 202 for 6.8 mi. After passing
the Buckingham Green Shopping Center, continue
straight to Rt. 263 (Rt. 202 will bear off to the right).
Continue on Rt. 263 for 2.2 mi At the second traffic
light, turn right onto Rt. 313 - Swamp Road. Take the
third right (0.6 mi.) onto Spring Valley Road. Continue
for 0.5 mi (pass Robin Road on your right) and the
Designer House will be on your left.
From Allentown: Take Rt. 309 south for 5.5 mi.
(toward Quakertown). At Rt. 313 –Swamp Road, turn
left then continue for 8.2 mi. towards Doylestown.
From the intersection of Rts. 313 and 202 (Lukoil gas
station on your right) continue for 0.9 mi. and make
the third left onto Spring Valley Road. Continue for 0.5
mi (pass Robin Road on your right) and the Designer
