| Our One Million Dollar Pledge Doylestown Hospital Birthing Center |
| Providing skilled and caring maternity services was one of the original missions of the Village Improvement Association of Doylestown (V.I.A.). Today, the V.I.A. continues its commitment to expectant mothers through expansion and renovation of labor, delivery and postpartum facilities at Doylestown Hospital. The new Birthing Center features twenty all-private rooms, a Well Baby Nursery with windows enabling off-hour visitors to see the newborns and an expanded Intensive Care Nursery with updated monitoring equipment allowing smaller and sicker babies to be cared for at Doylestown Hospital. The new center will also be protected with a state-of-the-art security system. Funds raised at the Bucks County Designer House & Gardens over the next five years will be used to complete the V.I.A.’s pledge. |
